Refunds and Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with original bags and packaging.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your discs upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Custom Dyed Discs only offers an exchange for wrong item sent or damaged item. If necessary, use the MRA process or contact john@customdyeddiscs.com directly for prompt courteous service.
Refunds
You will be contacted the same day I recieve your return for approval.
If approved, I’ll be refund on your original payment method within 24 hours.
Bank or credit card company takes time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days pass after approval then contact me directly
